To be eligible for a return:

**Refunds:**
Once we receive the necessary information (photo/video or returned item) and inspect it, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

**Damages & Issues:**
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.
